It has been such a privilege to be the Missions Director of Global Connections in Missions (GC3) over the last ten years. It’s been a privilege to link with churches and individuals to encourage and facilitate mission in the ways that you see God leading you. Pearl and I wish to thank GC3 for the opportunities to meet with mission partners overseas and for their prayerful support and care. We have made a lot of friends among you and won’t forget your love and desire to serve the King of Kings. We hope to meet up with you from time to time as the Lord leads in my new role as Executive Director of LeaDev- Langham (from April 1). Among their aims is supporting the development of Christian leaders in Asia-Pacific and equipping a new generation of Bible teachers. Please pray for me in this new role (starting March 2) and for GC3 as they evaluate how they will move forward. My prayer for GC3 is its ongoing relevance to our churches and mission partners in the ways it supports and cares for mission partners. Also, that GC3 continues to seek to be strategic in calling churches and individuals to forms of mission that meet the needs of a changing world and for the growth of the Kingdom of God wherever Christ calls his people.
