The GC3 Board
Like any organisation, GC3 relies on the skills of individuals to help govern and guide us. While each of them come with wide and varying backgrounds, all are committed to ensuring the promotion of the Good News. Through their combined knowledge, experience and business understanding, they help to ensure that the organisation is following a strategic path and that all we do meets the organisation's core values and vision.
The role of the board falls in to four main areas:
Strategic direction: ensuring the organisation develops and implements business plans, strategies and policies to operate with profits and sustainability in mind
Performance: helping to set and monitor performance targets
Compliance: ensuring the organisation complies with its legal and accounting requirements
Risk: ensuring the organisation identifies and mitigates risks and looks for new opportunities
