Support Displaced People in DR Congo

Urgent Appeal!

We are reaching out to you with heavy hearts to share the urgent plight of many in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The ongoing war in the east of the country has brought immense instability, forcing countless families to flee their homes, leaving behind everything they own.

In the city of Uvira alone, over thirty Christian families have been displaced. These dear brothers and sisters now face desperate conditions, in urgent need of food, shelter, and basic necessities. Even more devastating, we have learned that 70 Christians were recently beheaded in the northern part of this conflict by ISIS militants, who are exploiting the region’s turmoil to expand their influence. These atrocities—largely ignored by Western media—reflect a deep and growing crisis for the body of Christ in this region.

Will you stand with us in supporting them?

We ask for your help in two vital ways:

  1. Pray – Please lift up our suffering brothers and sisters in prayer. Ask God for peace in the region, for national unity, and for His provision for these displaced families. Pray for His protection over His people, for strength in their suffering, and that the Gospel will continue to shine in the darkness.

  2. Give – If God has placed it on your heart to help, your financial gifts can provide direct relief to displaced people through GC Aid.

Your support—through both prayer and giving—will bring hope and tangible relief to those who are suffering for their faith. As we stand together in Christ, we hold fast to His promise:

"Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me."(Matthew 25:40)

Thank you for standing in solidarity with the persecuted. Your compassion and generosity will make a lasting difference in their time of great need.
